Professional Loan

With this loan, professionals can manage their financial need. This loan is provided to professionals up to 48 months’ basic salary amount against mortgaged collateral. 

Professional term Loan-Maximum 10 years or age of retirement whichever is less 
Professional overdraft- one year subject to annual renew/review.

Eligibility

• Any professional Nepalese citizen having 19 years at the time of loan origination 
• Civil servants, permanent employee of public enterprises, banks and financial institutions, insurance companies and local government.
• Should have At least 8 ft wide motor able access of proposed land/building. 

Documents Required 

1. Identification Related 

• Personal identification of borrower and guarantors
• Photograph  of borrower and guarantor
• Family details from concerned local authority.

2. Collateral Related

• Land ownership certificate
• Land revenue receipt
• Rajinama/Bakaspatra/Anshabanda paper etc
• Ward map and File map of collateral
• Four boundaries (charkilla)
• Approved house map from local authority.
• Nirman Sampanna/abhilekhikaran paper

3. Income Related 

• Salary certificate with bank statement. 
• Appointment letter.
• Probation completion letter.
• PAN of borrower for loan Rs.50 lakh and above
