Please visit any of NBL branch or call in 015971222, 01-5347999 Ext.402  or 01-5347341 immediately and request for card block with your details like account number or card number.

Your  card is accepted in the NBL ATMs/POS and other bank's VISA ATM/POS terminals
 and E-commerce site like Daraz within Nepal/India/Bhutan.

and request for card block with your details like account number or card number.

ATM cardholder herself/himself should be present in any of NBL branch,
 fill up and submit Cardholders' Request Form available at branch.
 The card will be unblocked after  submission and verification of application.

Upon expiry of ATM card,
 ATM cardholder has to visit any nearby NBL branch with the expired  card and fill up
and submit Cardholders' Request Form available at branch mentioning ATM renewal.
 The applicable renew charge will be deducted from card linked account and processed  for renewal.

If the card is captured in NBL ATM terminals, please visit the nearby NBL branch.

The ATM machine you are using may have errors,
please try  some other  near by ATM terminals and
 if money is still not dispensed call in 01-5347999 Ext.402 or 01-5347341 for the solution.

If any NBL ATMs are offline or not working please contact 01-5347999 Ext.402 or 01-5347341, card centre.

The amount will normally get auto-reversed within 24hrs.
 If not reversed, customers should contact

The credit card holder will receive credit card statement on 23rd of every english calender month.
 Due date of credit card payment shall be 15th Days from Billing Date + 2 Days’ grace of statement
printing. (If statement is printed on 23rd January, then due date is 9th February).
