ATM cardholder herself/himself should be present in any of NBL branch,

 The card will be unblocked after  submission and verification of application.

Upon expiry of ATM card,
 ATM cardholder has to visit any nearby NBL branch with the expired  card and fill up
and submit Cardholders' Request Form available at branch mentioning ATM renewal.
 The applicable renew charge will be deducted from card linked account and processed  for renewal.

If the card is captured in NBL ATM terminals, please visit the nearby NBL branch.

The amount will normally get auto-reversed within 24hrs.

To change a green pin, please visit the nearest NBL ATM machine,

In case your transaction (ATM or POS machine) is unsuccessful, you need to contact your nearest branch or Call Centre to raise the dispute.
Dispute settlement time depends on Terminal used.
NBL Terminal
If you use your card in NBL terminal ATMs, normally dispute is settled within in the next working day of dispute submission.
However, in some cases, if the EJ log is unclear we need to get confirmation from respective branch for cctv verification due to which it will take few more days to settle.
VISA Terminal
If your card is used in VISA terminals (Other than NBL Terminal),
dispute needs to be submitted via VROL due to which dispute settlement time may range from next working day to 30 days of dispute submission.
 Also, dispute needs to be raised within 70 days of transaction. If the dispute is raised beyond allowable time limit, the bank will not be liable for the settlement.
