This loan is provided to purchase of land, construction of business complex, and purchase of banking and non-banking assets.
Eligibility
- Registered firm who have got license relating to real estate.
- Proprietor/partner/shareholders should literate.
Documents Required
In addition to other loan documents, following documents are required
- Land purchase agreement paper.
- Land ownership certificate
- Blue print
- Approval of land planning form concerned authority.
- Planning map
- Income expenses report from the sale of plots.
- Approved map of building (For business complex)
- Project proposal including projected financial statement covering loan tenure.
