Industrial/Project Term Loan

Bank provides financial assistance to major projects solely or in consortium to different sectors of the economy such as construction, manufacturing, service, telecommunication, energy etc under the security of project itself. 

Industrial Term Loan- This loan is provided to purchase/creation/Created of fixed assets, plant machinery and equipment, vehicle and many more.

Documents Required

In addition to documents relating to business loan, following documents are required.

• Proferma Invoice (If machine/equipment/goods/raw- materials are to be imported from foreign country)
• At least 3 quotations from suppliers  (If machine/equipment/goods/raw- materials are to be is supplied  from  domestic market)
• Recommendation letter from local authority mentioning Details of neighborhood and their land ownership of project site.
• Project proposal along with projected financial report covering loan tenure.
• Environmental  impact assessment (EIA) (if necessary)
• Audited financial report
• Projected financial report
